Browser forms: 303 redirects. JSON Accept/Content-Type: 200/400 JSON. GET /api/lead returns status ok. Fields name_1 email_1 required. See /openapi.json. No CRM secrets documented.

Accept negotiation
Key pages negotiate text/html vs text/markdown with proper Accept q-values. Browsers that prefer HTML stay on HTML. Agents that prefer markdown get .md siblings (Content-Type: text/markdown; charset=utf-8, Vary: Accept). Missing paths that 404 as HTML return /404.md with status 404 when markdown is preferred.
