JSON vs form behaviour
Browser forms: 303 redirects. JSON clients (Accept includes application/json, or Content-Type application/json): 200/400/429 JSON with structured { error: { code, message, resolution } }. GET /api/v1/lead (and alias /api/lead) returns status: ok. Soft rate limit: 30 POSTs / 60s per IP (RateLimit-* headers; API-Version: 1). Prefer /api/v1/lead for new agents. Fields name_1 email_1 required. See /openapi.json. No CRM secrets documented.
Versioning
Current = v1. Breaking changes will use /api/v2/.... Retired paths will advertise Deprecation / Sunset headers (none retired yet).

Accept negotiation
Key pages negotiate text/html vs text/markdown with proper Accept q-values. Browsers that prefer HTML stay on HTML. Agents that prefer markdown get .md siblings (Content-Type: text/markdown; charset=utf-8, Vary: Accept). Missing paths that 404 as HTML return /404.md with status 404 when markdown is preferred.
