What WoodEvo Is
WoodEvo decking is a PVC decking product — a wood-free board built around a foamed PVC core with a tough ASA (ASARMOUR) protective cap. It’s Australia’s first CodeMark-certified PVC decking, engineered specifically for Australian conditions.
How the PVC Construction Works
The foamed PVC core is completely wood-free, so there’s nothing in the board for rot, insects, or moisture to attack — no cupping, warping, or splintering. The ASA cap resists fading, scratching, and stains, while NatureCool technology helps the surface stay cooler underfoot in direct summer sun than standard composite boards.
Timber Look Without the Timber
WoodEvo isn’t timber at all — it’s a fully synthetic PVC board finished with a realistic timber-look grain and colour range. You get the appearance of natural timber with none of the movement, splintering, or upkeep that comes with real boards, plus strong slip resistance (P5 and R13 anti-slip ratings) and a BAL29 bushfire rating.
Maintenance
Genuinely low maintenance — because there’s no timber in the board, WoodEvo never needs oiling, staining, or sealing. Routine care is simply an occasional clean, and the boards are pressure-wash friendly to keep them looking fresh.
Cost Position
WoodEvo sits in the premium composite/PVC bracket. The Home range is more affordable, while the Advanced range costs more, with pricing varying by profile, size, and supplier.
